Environmental Limits

  • Gas emission of stack only according to the following limits
  • Dust < 20 mg / Nm3, Pb average 50%
  • SO2/SO3 daily average = 350 mg/Nm3

Effluent Treatment Plant

This process is used for treating wastewater that is produced by industries as an undesirable by-product. After treatment, the treated industrial wastewater is reused or released to a sanitary sewer or to a surface water in the environment.

In IMI the waste water has high lead content, strongly acidic and corrosive. therefore, we use physical chemistry treatment to adjust the PH and make the lead remove from the water by sedimentation process. After the treatment of influent water, the PH of waste water changes to 6~9, (PB ≤ 0.5MG/L) and water is discharged safely to the industrial drainage system.
